your first visit?

Here’s what most people want to know before their first class at Fearless MMA.

No. Fearless welcomes complete beginners, and you are not expected to arrive already knowing how to fight or train. Let the coach know it is your first class and they can help you understand where to begin.

You are not expected to walk in already knowing how to spar. What happens during class depends on the program and session, so tell the coach you are new and ask what to expect before training begins.

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, choose a shirt and athletic shorts without zippers or exposed metal. You can ask the coach about gloves, a gi, or other program-specific equipment before purchasing anything.
